Kirtan is an easy way to experience freedom from the daily chatter of the mind as it helps keep the mind centered and peaceful while instilling the whole being with bliss absolute. These ancient Sanskrit mantras contain powerful healing and transformational energies that help reconnect us to the centre of our being, our true self.
Classical Hatha Yoga Derived from a lineage with a solid transmission and origin that dates back to 900AD. Combining postures (steady pose), pranayama (breathing), meditation (dhyana) and relaxation (savasana), the classes aid in guiding the students to experience transformation, and union as described in the ancient Sutras of Patanjali.
Mantrasana A meditative classical hatha yoga class infused with live mantra music. This unique combination of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and dhyana (meditation) syncopated with the vibratory power and healing properties of mantra, song and sound dynamics open energy channels, chakras and psychic centers of the body resulting in improved health, overall mood, and increased feelings of happiness, joy, and relaxation.
